  I dont know if this is normal or not but i can only drop on m 1,2,3 and c 1,2,3

  yeah, this is normal at the lower ranks. i am at rank 14 and that's all i can see

  There are more, as I occasionally manage to get an event from m-6 somehow, maybe from some others as well. I'm guessing you'll be able to see more at rank 16, which is when you move out of the 'newbie' range. Still only 12 here, so not entirely sure.

  Yes, at level 16, you move into the Veteran zone, which takes away some newbie drop channels, and gives some others. Also, the reason you see events from m-6 is because your droppers are gettting signals, which can be gotten from different channels from the channel upon which the event is taking place.
