  Here's the scenario to replicate this bug.
  Player A has an online target device which he doesn't control, and is controlled by a lower zone in his target device box. This can be accomplished by taking control of a device, and letting a lower-zone player take control.
  If player A hacks the device controlled by the lower-zone player, the following hack message appears. "Hack fails because you can not hack a device which is in forced offline status." This message is wrong.
