  When installing/uninstalling tech on a single dev, as taught in the tutorial, the link sorting for by personal notes is over the hacking exploits column, and the link for sorting by lease length is over the notes column.

  I've just found that on some devs, the wording is place properly, with more columns in place, but the problems still remains for some devs.
