  Every time I click device then select a different devices to hack, it gives me a list of my own devices! I don't want to hack myself! How do I hack Someone else?

  You need to gain knowledge of the other players devices. The most productive way of doing this is by cracking mail events. By cracking a mail event you find out about any device IDs that are attachments on that mail.
