  Had a device taken from me by a new player (still has protected status). After he successfully completed a hack to take control against me, he still has protected status. I can not attack any of the devices he owns, or my device that he controls.

  And it has 13 days 22 hours till Force Offline completes?

  You cannot hack any device currently controlled by a player in a lower rank zone (check achievements page to see what zone you are in). So if they still have "protected" status then that would be a bug. Can you mail me the player name?
  
  The 13 days problem is known and I am putting a fix in in next 24 hours.

  Ok, yah, it did say he was in a lower rank zone... That seems a bit odd the way that can work out. Is there a list somewhere of the breakdown of rank zones?
